Dubai South has signed an agreement with BT Holding LLC in Dubai, with the aim of developing a gated residential community within the golf area in Dubai South and close to Al Maktoum International Airport.
The agreement was signed by Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, and Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, Group CEO, in the presence of Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, Malik Riaz Hussain, Founder and Chairman of Bahria Town, and a number of senior executives from both sides.
Khalifa Al Zaffin said: “We are delighted to sign this agreement with one of Asia’s leading real estate developers. Dubai South is the city of the future and the growing demand for real estate in this area reflects the huge potential that lies ahead in the coming years. We are committed to supporting the government’s vision to attract one million residents to Dubai South upon completion of Al Maktoum International Airport. This unique project will enhance Dubai’s appeal to global investors and set new standards for high-end living, meeting the aspirations of investors and residents alike.”
